** If you are having trouble logging in or are unsure of the email
address used to log in to your portal account, the following steps might prove useful **

Click the “Email Address Look up” link found on the login page.

You will then be presented with the following screen. Complete this form with your informatiion and click "Submit"

If your email is found, you will then be presented with a screen displaying your login email.
Alternatively, if your information is not found you will be presented with an error screen.
